A lifelong bookworm, Laurinda was often in hot water for reading way past her bedtime as a child. Now, armed with an e-reader, she downloads new books, still ignoring the time. She readily admits that writing the Gracie Andersen mystery series is more fun than is probably legal. In addition to writing mysteries and inspirational books, she has contributed to several print and online magazines. She a member of Sisters in Crime, the Upper San Pedro Writers, and is the grateful recipient of multiple of Poet and Writers grants.
